Through our contact, seminar quote and treatment booking forms: surname, first name, email, phone, company, dates and message. We only collect the information needed to reply to you.
Purposes and legal basis
Responding to your requests, preparing a quote, organising your stay, seminar or treatment. This processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures) and, for non-essential cookies, on your consent.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the hotel team. It is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. When you book online, your data is processed by our partner booking engine. It is never sold.
Retention period
Contact and quote requests are kept for 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to reception@hotel-chambery.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
